Designed to alleviate tension and improve circulation, this treatment is perfect for anyone looking to de-stress and unwind with a busy schedule. Currently offering Swedish Body massage for adults in general good health. Specialised treatments (including for chronic conditions or reduced mobility) will be added once additional training is completed. This service includes a massage of the following areas: Back of Legs, Arms, Hands, Shoulders & Back. You then have the option of having either a foot massage or a glute/buttocks massage to complete the 60 minute treatment.
