2. Appointments and Cancellations

• Booking: You can book appointments online only.

• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee dependant on treatment (£5-£15).

• No-Shows: Failure to show up without notice may result in a charge and/or refusal of future bookings.
   

3. Health and Medical Disclosures

It is your responsibility to inform your therapist of any relevant health conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to your session.
 

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment, and our therapists do not diagnose or prescribe.
 

If you are under medical supervision or have any health concerns, consult your doctor before receiving massage therapy.
 

4. Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately at all times.

Harassment, inappropriate conduct, or suggestive behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session, and full payment will be required. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, especially for violations of this policy.
 

5. Payments

Payment is due at the time of booking the service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept online payment via credit/debit card.
