Refund Policy

At The Sage Room, we aim to provide the highest standard of care and service. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our policies regarding refunds for services, packages, and gift certificates.

1. Appointments and Services

  • Cancellations with Notice
    If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, no charge will apply and any pre-paid amount may be refunded.

  • Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice)
    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of their service fee. (Deposit will not be refunded.)

  • No-Shows
    Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will not be eligible for a refund of their deposit. Repeat no-shows may be required to prepay for future bookings or may be refused service.

  • Late Attendance - Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full treatment experience. A short grace period may be offered for late arrivals; however, appointment times cannot be extended beyond the scheduled finish time. Depending on arrival time, your treatment may be shortened while the full service fee still applies.

  • If you arrive more than 30 minutes late or fail to attend your appointment without notice, this will be treated as a no-show and your deposit will be retained.

  • If you are running late, please inform The Sage Room as soon as possible.

2. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. If the original method is unavailable, we may issue a refund via bank transfer or credit note.
 

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. In cases of illness, emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
