Refund Policy

At The Sage Room, we aim to provide the highest standard of care and service. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our policies regarding refunds for services, packages, and gift certificates.

1. Appointments and Services

  • Cancellations with Notice
    If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, no charge will apply and any pre-paid amount may be refunded or credited towards a future session.
     

  • Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice)
    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of £5-£15 (dependant on treatment) or up to 100% of the service cost. Refunds are not guaranteed in these cases and are offered at our discretion.
     

  • No-Shows
    Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will not be eligible for a refund. Repeat no-shows may be required to prepay for future bookings or may be refused service.
     

2. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. If the original method is unavailable, we may issue a refund via bank transfer or credit note.
 

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. In cases of illness, emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
